The implementation of the Windsor Framework, governing post-Brexit trade between Great Britain and Northern Ireland, has been delayed.

Deadlines have been extended to 31st March 2025 from 30th September 2024. This delay is especially crucial for the groupage sector within Intra-UK trade allowing Government breathing space to help industries identify requirements, to remain compliant and fulfil obligations for declarations. Following successful engagement with Westminster politicians we remain hopeful of reinterpretation of the “At Risk” definition.
