IE ROS Downtime Saturday 15 June 2024
As part of Revenue’s ongoing maintenance of our IT systems, we will be undertaking a significant IT upgrade on Saturday 15 June 2024. This will result in downtime across our Customs IT Services between 15.00 hrs and 17.00 hrs.
Action by Trade
You are asked to take note the timing of this scheduled downtime. You are advised to submit your declarations and create your PBNs for RoRo traffic outside of this time to minimise the impact on your business and to ensure the efficient flow of consignments. Fallback will not be available during this scheduled downtime.

Messages submitted to any of these customs systems will be rejected and the message will have to be resubmitted when the system becomes available.
Access via ROS to the top-up function for the Customs TAN Account will be unavailable between 10.00 hrs and 21.00 hrs. Please ensure to top-up your account in advance of this downtime.
