Montgomery Transport Group is proud to announce that it has won Large Logistics Service Provider of the Year at the 2026 UKWA Awards for Excellence, one of the warehousing and logistics industry’s most respected award programmes.
The win caps a standout night for the company, which had been named a finalist in three categories: Large Logistics Service Provider of the Year, Warehouse Leader of the Year, and Excellence in Customer Partnership.
Montgomery Transport Group’s entry was originally submitted for the Award for Excellence in Warehouse Solutions, but the judging panel recognised the business as a stronger fit for the highly competitive Large Logistics Service Provider of the Year category — a decision that proved well-founded on the night.
The award is particularly significant as 2026 marks the 25th anniversary of the UKWA Awards for Excellence, celebrating a quarter-century of achievement and innovation across the warehousing and logistics sector.
The winners were announced at the awards ceremony and annual lunch, held on 15th July at the Royal Lancaster London, alongside celebrations recognising excellence throughout the industry.
Winning Large Logistics Service Provider of the Year is a brilliant recognition for everyone at Montgomery Transport Group. This award reflects the hard work our teams put in every single day, and the trust our partners and customers place in us. To come away with this win in the UKWA Awards’ 25th anniversary year, against such strong competition, makes it even more special. It’s a real credit to the whole business.”
