Montgomery Transport Group – Trustpilot Review Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
   This prize draw is open to UK and Ireland residents aged 18 or over who have used a service from Montgomery Transport Group or one of its affiliated companies (Montgomery Transport, Montgomery Tankservices, and Montgomery Distribution).

2. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must leave a genuine review of their experience with Montgomery Transport Group on Trustpilot. Each eligible review counts as one entry into the prize draw. No purchase is necessary.

3. Entry Period
   The promotion opens on 25/04/2025 and closes 01/01/2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Only reviews submitted during the Promotion Period will be counted.

4. Minimum Entry Requirement
   A minimum of 25 eligible reviews must be received during the Promotion Period for the prize draw to go ahead. If fewer than 20 reviews are received, no draw will take place and no prize will be awarded.

5. The Prize
   One winner will receive a £100 Amazon Gift Card. No cash alternative is available. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
   If the minimum entry requirement is met, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the promotion closing. The winner will be contacted via the email address used on Trustpilot. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected.

7. Multiple Entries
   Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple reviews from the same individual or from fake or duplicate accounts will be disqualified.

8. Review Guidelines
   Reviews must be honest, respectful, and in accordance with Trustpilot’s guidelines. Montgomery Transport Group reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, offensive, or in breach of these terms.

9. Data Protection
   Personal data collected as part of this promotion will only be used for the purpose of administering the prize draw, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. General
    Montgomery Transport Group reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
