Montgomery Transport Group successfully implemented Traffic Desk Software across all distribution depots providing key customer benefits:

• ‘Traffic Desk’ provides an electronic interface with all customers, e.g. online bookings and online ‘track and trace’
• ‘Traffic Desk’ provides the facility to ‘upload’ collection requirements from electronic database files, e.g. excel spreadsheets (CSV files).
• ‘eTransport+’ a web-based solution that is actively linked to our internal Traffic Desk software;
     - Allows customers to create their own job requests online.
     - Can also facilitate label printing and document creation offering customers the opportunity to produce collection/delivery paperwork at the touch of a button.
     - Directly interfaces with Traffic Desk on a real time basis, which will enable customers the ability to track and trace the status of all of their jobs.
